Hello and welcome, I am so glad you are here.

I want to begin by honoring the first step you have taken towards reclaiming your health, your wellbeing and yourself.  Many of us face a day where the weight of everything feels like too much and we have lost touch with the beauty of the world, of our loved ones and of ourselves.  Seeking support may feel challenging and it is also one of the bravest acts. It is with joy that I offer you a space for support and a place for healing.

My method of therapy is one of guided self-discovery and understanding through experimental and mindfulness-based approaches that use the present moment to treat a wide range of issues.  This method allows for the unique possibility of mind-body integration that leads to lasting healing and continual growth.

I deeply value meaningful and genuine relationships and pledge to continually to show up with an open, loving heart.  Whether you are sad, happy, irritated, angry, or silly, all parts of you are welcome here.
